Automation IT's experience in control system design and implementation is undisputed. Since its establishment in July 2000, Automation IT has completed literally hundreds of control system projects ranging in size from small single PLC applications up to multiple PLC, multiple SCADA projects encompassing high voltage control, process control, electrical design, drafting, site simulation and detailed site acceptance testing. This experience and professionalism, along with a high level of repeat business, ensures that customers can be confident they have the right company for the job.

All company processes are internally monitored using our AS/NZS ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System to ensure that a consistent product is delivered to all of our customers world wide.

Each project that passes through the Automation IT system is subjected to a number of hold points for internal review including:

• Project quotation and acceptance of scope items
• Project commencement and handover to engineering
• Regular design reviews
• Design issue to customer
• Programming and drafting services
• Bench testing and simulation prior to customer FAT
• Customer factory acceptance testing
• Site commissioning
• Site acceptance testing
• As built documentation issue

The purpose of each hold point is to provide an opportunity for internal evaluation of the work completed to date and to ensure that the project deliverables are being correctly achieved. This approach along with the skills and dedication of our engineering team ensures a successful project for each and every customer.
